I have been "a student, a practitioner, and a leader of leaders [a.k.a. consultant]" overt the past 20 years, and I truly believe that we are just on the front edge of MAJOR changes and Opportunities. They are ours to create - but we need some fundamental movement in our leadership skills, abilities, and attitudes! I and my colleagues have and continue to work on "Leading from an Emerging Future" and I'm rather certain, just from what Melisa has written, that there is great synergy here.
